It is not hyperbole to pronounce Kay a wizard at her work. Recommended to me by a close friend who’d worked with her on a family trip, I was assured that Kay was the one to help me delve into an unfamiliar country and culture. Formulating a trip itinerary for a 60 something woman and her extremely active 23-year-old son that fulfilled both their ideas of an ideal adventure seemed like negotiation destined to leave both parties a little dissatisfied. Kay spent a generous session with Sam and me delving into each of our disparate visions. Working with My Bhutan, and facilitated by an extraordinary guide once we got there, Kay served up a magnificent trip that delighted us both. In a world fairly swamped with automation and crippled by convenience, she fuses a deft personal touch with the better parts of technology.

As we write this review, we remember the scent of jasmine wafting through the air as we stood on an amazing terrace overlooking the Amalfi Sea in the best hotel we have ever stayed! And it's all because of the work Kay did when we hired her to plan a "trip of a lifetime" for us. We hadn't hired a travel agent for decades, but contacted Kay after a strong referral from a neighbor, and are glad we did! Kay is an expert in her field, a great listener, and a meticulous planner. After a 45 minute conversation discussing what we were looking for in terms of a trip and what our budget was, Kay and team went to work. About a week later she sent over an amazing, detailed, and nearly perfect itinerary based on what we had discussed. Then she made the minor changes that we asked for, and we were off and running. During the trip, she and her partners, "Italy with Class" checked in on us on regular intervals to ensure everything was perfect. Thank you Kay! We can't recommend you highly enough!!
